Sometimes cooking can be quite boring. It may seem like you are always making the same recipes over and over. It doesn’t have to be that way, because cooking can be pretty fun. You just need variety.

So, to help you out fall in love with cooking, we have put together a list of some of the easiest and most delicious lunch recipes that you can try on your own! They are quick, easy, and of course, really tasty. Are you ready?

Mozzarella Grilled Cheese Sandwich with a twist.

Everyone love cheese sandwiches. That’s not a secret. But we bet you have never tried a grilled mozzarella cheese sandwich like this one. This recipe is really easy and inexpensive. More importantly, it’s really delicious.

Here’s what you’ll need:

  • Toast
  • Some garlic, basil, and pepper
  • Olive oil
  • Mozerella
  • Pesto

Put some oil on the toast slices along with the pesto. Make sure to put the mozzarella slices on top (add as much as you want to!) and then sprinkle in the garlic, basil and pepper for some extra flavor. Close the sandwich and add an extra layer on cheese on top.

Toast it on a toaster bag specially for grilled cheese (if you don’t have one, you can buy it at Walmart) Or simply fry it on a fry pan for about three minutes on each side. Feel free to experiment with the recipe. You can add jalapeños, meat and even jam to spice things up.

Mac and cheese.

Mac and cheese is much better when you give it your own twist.

When making mac and cheese make sure to get a good variation of cheese to really achieve that great flavor. Cheddar, Mozzarella and blue cheese are three great options to mix and add to the macaroni pasta.

Actually, Mac and cheese can also have some extra ingredients. Spice things up and add some ground beef or even some onions, a bit of garlic and a really thinned chopped ham to really give it an unique flavor.

Broccoli Cheese Soup.

There is not way to go wrong when cooking a soup, plus, it’s a great option for lunch. This delicious concoction can be made with only five ingredients.

The five ingredients are: Cheese and broccoli (of course), onion, evaporated milk and chicken stock. Mix all of these ingredients together directly in a pan and set in moderate heat. You will know it is ready once the onion and the broccoli have turned soft and the cheese is completely melted. Remember to turn off the stove!

If you would like to, you can always blend the soup once it is cooked, just put the mix on a blender and turn it on! Kitchen Aid or Bosch blenders are great options and you can find them at a very low prices in Target.

Leftover Stir-Fry.

Have you ever had so many leftovers you don’t know what to do with them anymore? Well, you cook a leftover stir fry! Honestly, is all about mixing and combining the ingredients you already have and come up with a delicious meal.

You can make:

  • Leftover rice
  • Leftover noodles
  • Mixed vegetables
  • Beef and chicken

Get all of your ingredients together, choppen them off if you want to, and put them on a previously buttered up pan. Cook the veggies, the meat and the rice (or noodles) adding a little bit of your preferred sauce and spices to add a bit of flavor and you’re done!
